Hello! I am Prasanna and I am 30 years old. I was born and raised in Sigiriya.
I really love my region and I am active in the preservation of fauna and flora. For these reasons, after having completed a higher national diploma in business management, I completed a workshop in bird friendly awareness as well as a network in biodiversity of Srilanka. During my free time, I also invest myself in Sharawadana, a program aimed at cleaning the environment.
I am a nature enthousiast willing to help people from everywhere in the world to discover the beauty of my region.
As part of my job in the hotel industry, I started to organize tours. Furthermore, while managing my family homestay, I decided to propose tours for our guests. Since I really like to share my knowledge of the region, I had the idea to develop this activity.

Elephant Trio was constructed in 2017. Our homestay lies in the heart of nature and is located at a walking distance of Pidurangala rock. Our homestay is the perfect starting point for all the tours.
From the high terrace you can see many birds. If you want to stay up at night, you can observe owls, loris & even elephants if you are lucky :-)
You will be welcomed by one of my brothers, my parents or me & the whole family will do everything to provide you with an incredible stay.
You will taste delicious traditional food cooked by my mother and be full of energy for all the discoveries awaiting you...
... and after a long day, you can cool off in the beautiful lake close to our homestay.
